Ashcott Solicitors was formed during 2010 by Safdar Ashraf, an experienced criminal defence solicitor. Saf has practised as a criminal solicitor since qualifying in December 1999 and has a well-respected client base whom he represents from his Manchester city centre offices.
Saf remains the principal solicitor of the firm and is joined by Senior Consultant William Southcott, a highly respected serious fraud and regulatory lawyer who runs a busy international practice operating in the UK, Spain, Northern Cyprus and Dubai.
The firm represents its clients from the police station, to appearances in the Magistrates' Court, the Crown Court and beyond. With regard to serious matters, Ashcott Solicitors will always instruct an experienced barrister when necessary. We have close ties with a number of highly respected Barristers' Chambers around England & Wales.
